I understand that choosing a therapist is a very personal matter and the relationship is vital to successful therapy. With this in mind, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to give you the opportunity to meet with me and see if we are a good fit. I work remotely, meeting with my clients via video call, meaning that you can have sessions from the convenience and comfort of your own home without the worry of commuting to see me.
